zafira engine electronics warning light?

hi i have a w reg vauxhall zafira 1.6 comfort,but the warning light for the engine electronics keeps coming on every noe and again sometimes i can drive for ages without seeing it but then it will come on sometimes for short periods sometimes for a lot longer is there something i can do without having to visit the dealer

On our zafira it was the throttle body that was causing it out took it to a garage they cleaned it out haven't seen it since its been a good car so far I would recommend one to anyone.

We had the same and took it too the dealers who just put engine oil in and it was fine - just cost a fortune so may be worth a try first

If you take your motor to the main dealer it should cost you £30 to have the ecu fault codes read It is then up to you to have repairs carried out either by them or a reliable garage
