how to fix my vaxuhall zafira indercator?

my son was in my car wiring up a new intrior light and then he touched the postive wire to a ground and it sparked after that all the lights went off and my inicators dont work my fuel pump guage does not wotk please help cant drive with out it.

Are you sure you checked ALL the fuses. They are tucked away all over the place in the engine bay, cabin and boot.

yes i have done have pulled ever fuse out and checked still nothing
