The same thing happened to my washing machine. The engineer replaced the drawer and something inside the machine(sorry can't remember what it was though). The engineer, who by the way didn't charge us anything, told us that as the people who bought the CR01 were esentially guinea pigs, the appliances were being fixed and upgraded for free. He said that there a list of known faults with the CR01 as it was the prototype which, when they go wrong are fixed for free. He changed the computer board as well as carrying out the other repairs and we didn't even get charged the call out fee. The engineer told me all this when he was at my house, the operator at Dyson never said anything.
Incidently my washing machine has broken down tonight with the F15 code and I've been told that it's going to cost £85 when the engineer comes out in 2 weeks. So much for being a guinea pig!
Good luck.
