aeg sensorlogic 40660 white marks on cutlery and plates?

i have tried increasing the hard water settings to maximum but still get the white marks. been using finish quantum, but tried fairy all in one too no better it is a aeg aensorlogic 40660

Have same problem, just talked to a tecnician from Aeg here in denmark. He told me to change the soap dispencer in the machine!
