Engine keeps cutting out for within 15/30 secs of running, even without the blades running. All the safety switches seem to be working ok.

my castle garden rideon cuts out after 10 minuts and starts to misfire and stops if I leave it for 10 minuts it goes again . I have fitted a new coil and cleaned the carb but it still does it

It sounds as if your choke is still closed. If the engine has a manual choke turn the lever to the open position soon after starting.
If it has an automatic choke then the fault is difficult to diagnose without more information.
If the mower has been used a lot since the last service then check the air filter. It may need cleaning.
