Avg bootup scanner?

Scanner found a virus at startup and it locks up my computer. How can i get in to completely run avg to remove virus below.

Have tried F1 on keyboard to boot in safemode and it goes directly to the red screen on avg scanner and locks up.

Have you tried booting the computer in safemode then running a scan / removing the file?
