How do I?

Re: Craftsman Chain Saw Model 358.360150. I tighten the chain according to manual and it appears to be sufficiently tight. However, after 2-3 cuts, the chain loosens/sags to the point it usually jumps off. Any ideas on why it will not hold the tension??
