Big clouds of white smoke?

My missus has been nagging me to borrow the neighbours petrol mower to mow the lawn. I initially objected on the grounds that I prefer unpowered mowers.

But of course she is stubborn, and so she won.

So I borrowed it.
And I filled it with petrol.
And I had a hard time starting it. Then I started mowing, but I forgot to put the grass collector on correctly.
So it blocked up. It wouldn't restart. So I emptied the grass away. Restarted it. Hey presto. Clouds of white smoke. Still works... but sometimes you get the smoke.

The best bit? The neighbour looks like a bouncer who does WAYYY too many steroids. He looks like he lifts his car with one hand and uses the other to mess about with the suspension. Fast answers please - I said I'd have it back within 2 hours 10 minutes.

Help?

been tipped over on side to clear grass? white smoke due to too much oil getting into cylinder usually through carburator.Check air filter if paper type and contaminated with oil will need to renew. If foam type squeeze out excess oil and refit, check oil level in engine and run should clear its-self after 5 minutes running

I forgot to mention: It's a Macallister RV 150 with 484 horsepower.
Why do mowers need that much? Tanks get by on 1000 horsepower.
