the dryer is blowing cold air. the two black wires on top of the heater element are both live. When the on button is not pushed in for on the white wire to the rear heater element is live, when you push the on button on and the drum rolls the white wire is not live and the filter red light is on all the time even though it is clean in the filter. Please tell me the problem why it is blowing cold air?
