I have a scag walkbehind been adjusting it for years easily for hand belt turning control. Just got this mtr bandit belt driven. Tried to adjust it but the stupid thing when hold down the handle doesn't want to hardly turn. New belts perhaps? Tried adjjusting it. On rods to balance left an right.
