SL8 Compact Dead keypad?

The power was switched off for over 24hrs to my property whilst I had some work done. When the power came back on the alarm powered up but the keypad was dead, i.e. no lights at all. I have replaced the battery which is reading over 12volts. I have checked the voltage at the keypad on both mains and battery and both seem fine. Any suggestions as to what the problem may be?

Yes, I checked all fuses and they're fine. Do you think I need a new keypad?
Thank you

Have you checked all the small glass quick blow fuses in the control panel? It is poss the one for the keypad has blown.

Yes, fitted a brand-new battery. I have lived in the house for four years and hadn't changed it and the alarm was in when I moved in so I thought it was about time it was changed.
