beco wma 620s washing machine!!!!!?

My washing machine is not turning or spinning. The lights all work, drain-off works, fills with water and everything else!!
I do believer its something called motor coupling, but I am not sure.
Please help.

Motor coupling???
usually a belt from the motor to the pulley on the back of the drum
