how to fix beko ecocare washing machine?

steam coming out of everywhere and really hot to the touch. previous load didn't spin properly, stuff was very wet still at end of cycle

1st thing is to pull the plastic plinth of the bottom and remove the filter.shine a torch in and make sure the impeller rotates freely
