AEG tumble dryer - squeeking and foam in drum ????

I have a AEG Electrolux Lavatherm 37400 Dryer, and there is awful squeeking sound coming from it when it spins, I have also noticed a foam like seal has broken and is hanging in the drum - HELP Please !
