my beko drcs 68w has power, lights stuck on end/anticrease drum does not turn tried to reset just get beeps is their a child lock ?

there is a child lock but can't remember how to release it.think it was hold a button for 3 secs??
Switch off with the on/off switch
Select delicates program
press and hold buzzer cancel button whilst switching on.
hold buttons a few seconds and hopefully it will bleep at you
Switch on and off twice.Now select a program and see what happens
