wont start?

11.5 briggs and stratton i have clean fuel spark plug air filter cleaned winds over but wont fire has good spark

If fitted, chack the anti-run-on solenoid on the bottom of the carb bowl. Chack it is a) connected, and b) has battery voltage when switch in 'ON' position. Spray WD-40 into carb (filter removed) while cranking. If engine starts, ignition/compression is good - concentrate on a fuel problem.

agree with Daz must be lack of fuel or no compression if you remove the plug and put your finger over the spark plug hole turn over engine and you will see if there is compression. Other thing is maybe battery or starter is taking away some of the spark and you are seeing a reduced spark you could attach another battery same voltage to give the engine a good wind up

check to see if fuel getting through wind it over take plug out see if its wet
