you will find it is the fusible link on the resister unit, which can be found after removing the glove box,it is mounted on top of the blower casing ,it has 2 wiring plugs connected to it ,and also the blower motor leads(red/black)

Hi Justin,

I have a same problem that heater only works on max temp, once you have a solution please let me know. I was looking at replacing the heater matrix which is costly & may not be relevant to this problem.

cheers

Sounds like the ballast burnt out. When the fan runs on max the ballast isn't used. On lower settings, it's used like a resistor to slow the fan down. They get quite warm, and do burn out if used a lot. Unfortunately I don't have a clue where they are on Lagunas, on Mondeos they are behind the glovebox, and cost around £10.
