We have recently experienced a couple of powercuts which activated the alarm. The alarm functioned correctly since however we are now unable to partially set the alarm to de-activate upstairs at bed time. The panel will only accept the code and will not allow * entry. Any suggestions?

Shaun call a local company out that will charge you a lot of hard earned cash, and guess what he will replace the battery. As a non-contracted customer it should only cost you about £150
