I have a 07 Renault Megane CC, 2ltr, just done 22.5K miles on the clock, and recently heard a clunk from the gearbox which resulted in msg on dashboard saying 'Check Gearbox'. Now at a Renault Dealer who have diagnosed a Solenoid issue which needs to be replaced. Is this a common issue on Renault Megane Automatic transmissions? please help!!

Anything electrical is common on renaults, they build crap cars, just use the search function on this site to see how many times they appear, sell the car and buy something decent!!
