how do i unblock drain hole on hotpoint ffa80?

the drain hole on my hotpoint ffa80 fridgefreezer is blocked tried to unblock with straw no luck . how do i unblock it

I have had same problem several times
ice is forming towards bottom of tube
with no blockage causing obstuction!
seems like a design fault!
