radiator query?

I keep filling up radiator with water every other day - already had head gasket go two years ago and wondered if this is a sign it is going again

if you not got a leak ,it can only be the head gasket,check the oil,remove the oil filler cap,see if the oil looks a bit creamy.yellowish,if it does,then you got head gasket prob,
