samsung rl39wbsw1 fridge/freezer pool of water in bottom of freezer?

2 year old samsung rl39wbsw1 keeps pooling water in bottom of freezer, its frozen, but i have too remove every couple of days, as if gets too much it starts to leak out of door. Any ideas how to cure? Desperate Housewife.

could be one of two problems 1st need to check the fan in freezer compartment is ok and not causing it to freezer up second would be that it could be low on gas and need a re gas
