Briggs Sovereign 35 Engine hunts ?

How can I clean the carburetor and where is it please?
Michael Barnett, May 2011
The carburettor is bolted to the top of the petrol tank, and you will need to replace the diaphragm that fits between it and the tank. Remove the air filter, remove the tank/carb assy from the engine (2 bolts), then separate the carb and tank (5 screws). Replace the diaphragm & gasket & re-assemble. Almost a guaranteed fix.
