Steering left?

My son has a peuget speedfighter 50cc. He fell of it recently. Since then it has been difficult to steer, the steering keeps going to teh left, has anybody any idea what could be wrong and how could I fix it.

nathan cubes,even if the handlebars were bent it would handle exactly the same as it would with straight ones.the handlebars would just be out of line with the forks , the headrace bearings will only make it handle badly if they are centralising due to a worn race and/or stiff and corroded bearings.... BUT as he has explained ift has been handling bad since an accident so it therefore must be either the forks or steering stem or even the frame that is bent.please try to make sure you know what you are telling people is right as you will mislead them and cost them time and money with ill advise.

By the Sounds of the problem your son my have slighty twisted the handle bars or damaged the stearing barings line the front wheel up stright and look the position of handle bars if stright have a look at the barings these could by broken from the accident

it sounds like the steering stem is bent or the single sided swinging arm they have ,its definately a problem with the front end being bent .ok
