Nice one!!! I have been having the same problem especially with the muppet"ALARM". In my opinion he should get a life, instead of sitting all day on his computer.

If the 24 hour tamper light is lit - it is either the battery inside the panel needs repalcing or the external bell box battery. Scantronic panels are known for throwing tamper faults for batteries.

Happen try changing the battery first - power down power up - code.

£90 is cheap! My old company charged a bloke £128 for me to pull a fuse out. Amazing folks pay it. Needless to say he will never use them again. Nice to see you charge a reasonable rate and good to know I'm not the only one who charges similar prices. Folks tend to recommend you when you don't rip them off

Tom Tv, we might be the only Alarm engineers in the world, as most of the SO CALLED National companies seem to employ monkeys who are clue-less, I go to customers who are charged a £90 call out to be told by the engineer from A** and No im not filling in the missing letters, I think it was a lose wire. In other words they are clue-less and dont know how to read a Galaxy log.
Yet people stick with them.
I charge domestic customers £45 a year and all call outs are included, excludes parts.
I get So called engineers call me for a job, who have been installing Scantronic for 15 years,
I ask how do you change the clock? not one has been able to give me the correct answer to date
So we may well be the only engineers in the World,

your the one with attitude,we like to have a laugh on here,as well as helping folk,stick around for a while,see how many times you are asked the same questions time and time again,and to answer your question,no we are not the only alarm engineers in the world,we help a lot of people out,who dont have the manners to say thanks,
but we still do it.why?because we can,so tom tv,if you cant take a joke,then give sensible answers,or even try and ask relevant questions.
