how can i get my brakes to stop sqealing on 99'jeep gr. cherokee laredo?

I have a 99 jeep gr. cherokee laredo. my question is how do i stop the drivers side rear wheel brakes from squeaking constantly. i just put on a new rotor and emergency brake pads.
