hinari steam generator?

my hinari steam gererator is making a buzzing noise when i press for steam and no steam is coming out and theres water in the tank
can somebody help please

That noise means the pump is cycling water up through the system, keep you finger pressed down umtil it stops, this may take 20 or so seconds
