gainsborough 2000 energy shower?

no water coming into shower electrics are fine

check that the tank that feeds the shower has and is getting water into it,, and pipe on the bottom of the take that feeds the shower is not blocked with dirth, or air locked, turn the shower on with the power off, and see if any water will come out, of so let it run for a wile..
