I have a EUROSEC CP8L LCD intruder alarm,can i turn off or turn down the keypad volume as it wakes my 7 year old when i go to bed & get up on a morning.(nice to have a bit of quiet b4 he gets up)

Your alarm system is a Risco Product - It is a real rubbish company for tech support - GRUMPY GITS all of them. The lad is right you cannot kiil the soud - but you can muffle the sound or disconnect the beep at the keypad it self. Risco technical, tell them your problem. Then if they are feeling kind email you the manual. 0161 - Sorry Google them RISCO alarm products - the product looks good - but it really is cheap crap as mentioned by the others inn this forum and the back up support is even worse. Beleive me I know.

Well, that's a helpful answer to a sensible question. Not.

Sorry Dad, I don't know this panel but I've had a look at both an installation manual & a user manual for the CP8L & there is no mention of a volume control for the keypad sounds.
