tdc62p not heating up hotpoint?

i have changed the heater on the back of the machine it is the correct possision wires ect all looking good..... but it will still not heat up.....help wife want s to kill me!!! what shoul i look at next?

2 sensors behind the rear cover about the size of 20p piece cost £13 to replace part number 1701583 one of them will have a grenn dot on the reverse. Simply remove old replace with new. Regards.
