we are trying to fit a new belt to the creda condensor dryer TCS3 ?

we are trying to fit a new belt to a creda condensor dryer model TCS3, we have got it around the drum and the pulley but it is still slack we are unable to get to the tension pulley can you help

take right hand side panel off looking at it from the front,this will give you access to the motor pully and jockey pulley
