Scantronic Ion panels are great very user friendly but as gts pointed out the wire free bells are pretty crap, so use a hard wired type If someone tries to sell you a honeywell domonial - Walk away they are horrible nasty panels! After being lumbered with them I found them not very user or engineer friendly and even lets you set the system with doors open when they have sensors on them. On the other hand Honeywell galaxy hybrid panels very versatile but you pay a bit extra for it.

i like the scantronic range, though they p===d me off by
making the 500r range obsolete as i have a few on maintence contracts, the new i ion range looks ok,i have fitted a few of them, but a word of warning, the keypads have covers over the securing screws, these are VERY easy to damage, then the pad looks bad, also the radio keypad in my opinion is not worth the dosh, you cant do much with it.it looks a bit cheap.the radio bell box is a joke, and expensive, sab back up batteries are in nice little blocks, but you cant change the batteries, you have to get the unit that holds the batteries and change it,i would not recon.the use of it,but to hard wire one of your own bell boxes to the system
