I have about an 8 year old huskkee riding lawn mower, rear flat tire, i have removed the bolt holding wheel on but cannot get the wheel off, I need help.
use plus gas around front and rear centre of wheel dont do it on lawn it will kill it leave it to soak overnight or for 2or 3 hours then with the palms of your hands bang the wheei from the front one side back other side creating a rocking motion it will come off be patient Wear garden gloves

you dont need to take a wheel off to fix a flat. if it has a inner tube, take one side of the tire off , and pul out the tube , and put a patch on it, then put it back when its fixed, and then pump it up,
