Sometimes the best method is to reformat the hard disc, and completely set up the pc again - obviously this takes time and effort and the need for a backup of your data to have been performed.

Go to www.healthycomputerclub.com download PC RESCUE this is a serious piece of software ( free for 7 days )
I had a problem DLL on my pc this is the only software that even found it and fixed it free, as always there is always a trade off on free software it fixed over a 100 problems and to fix the last couple i had to pay, but i was so impressed with the software that i bought it. Also some of the free fixes were high risk. Also after it did the free repair i uninstalled the software to if the original problem would return, answer no the free repair had done the trick. The program is not expensive for what it does cheaper than calling out a tech. It knocked spots of NORTON which was twice the price which i used to have faith in but norton could not fix my fault. There is loads of tools with this piece of software, and my pc is now super fast again as it was when i bought it.
