The machine is 2 yrs old. When the cycle is started the water fill works Ok then moves to wash - no go. Move past the wash cycle and operation is OK (Water out) but when it comes to spin - no go. I'm assuming that the message to start the smart drive is not getting thru

It must at some stage start beeping & signal an error code. It will not sit for ever doing nothing. When it beeps take note of which lights are on and which are off along the top row from left to right. Need exact sequence. Can't help you if you don't supply the error code.
