Hi, My Vauxhall Astra sometimes won't start. I put key in and turn it then nothing happens. The dash lights up and heating fan comes on though engine won't even turn. It does not happen all the time. I tried both keys original and spare and it sill happens. Please help?

maybe starter on the way out,next time it happens if you check you have 12volts at the small wire on the starter solenoid when trying to start it
