Bex Bissell Aroma Pro carpet cleaner, the water is not going on to the carpet. Intermittently it will but I don't think all of it is and then it suddenly stops. We have followed all instructions on the Bex Bissell site but still the same. Can't find the instruction manual but I only bought it 2 years ago and have hardly used it.
