How do I replace the self-propel cable on my Honda HRT216TDA mower?

I own a Honda Harmony II self-propelled lawnmower. The cable which controls the speed of the self-propelled wheels needs replacing. How do I do that?

not familiar with particula model but best bet is to drain fuel and oil flip machine on its side and follow the cable back you may need to remove inspection plate under the mower should be simple enough just look where old one goes
