Hi,
My Tino has developed a noisy problem at 75,500 miles.

There is a thudding noise coming from somewhere in the engine. It speeds up as the accelerator is depressed, and is a continued thumping rythm at idle. Are the engines prone to valve faults?
Is there anything I can do myself? Or is it a trip to the expensive Nissan man?

you could try and remove the fan belt to see if the noise disappearsm,then you can narrow the search down to a few items
