part set fault?

after a power cut my securit 700L alarm will not part set.When i do type in code then# 0 the number 2 lights up.Ive replaced the battery but no joy.Any ideas thanks

so sorry to not fully explain,after i try to part set the alarm there are 6 lights across the panel of which number 2 light flashes indicating the downstairs bathroom window contact.thank you for your time
