briggs & stratton lawnmower?

My lawnmower is running rich. I've replaced the the spark plug. I've tried running without the air filter, but it still runs rich & the mower gives up if the grass is slightly long.
What do you suggest?

I had this problem and the Carburetor Diaphragm was changed then all was OK
