gear selection?

i'm having trouble getting it into reverse,and will not go into 5th,any ideas,help would be appreciated.

5th and reverse are on the same selector at the rear of the gearbox under the end plate cover but get a gearbox specialist to look at it

could be clutch problems,linkage/cable problems,g/box problem but no veh.info so just guessing
