Please, I would like to ask about one technical problem in my Refrigerator:

Type: Self Daewoo - Model FR-660

The problem is:

At the below of the refrigerator as a freezer, means all the things are frozen like water or foods supposed to be normal cool, Although the index set the cooling temperature of the refrigerator on the position of moderate.

My question what is the reason for this problem if you don’t mind I am waiting your technical answer.
