Now for my problem. I have just replaced my top intercooler pipe and now, when under pressure, it keeps blowing the bottom one off!!! Any ideas guys? (and girls)

Take off the bottom hose to the intercooler and see if there there is pressure there when you start the engine if there is,reconnect it and do the same with top hose off the intercooler and see if there is pressure comming out of the intercooler if not, your intercooler may be blocked take it off and take off the bottom and top cover and blow out the matrix it is just like a radiator inside

it sounds as if you have excess pressure in your intake system,would check your waste gate isnt seized on the turbo and maybe plug into a code reader and see if there are any codes relating to boost pressure/sensors etc
