hotpoint aquarius dishwasher goes through wash cycle but water not heating,heater reads 27 ohms,just after cycle starts voltage reading appears at htr terminals momentarily,then disappears,have checked 2 switches also,can service/circuit diagram be obtained anywhere?would make things easier.do suspect program module board.
