Hi, having moved house the plastic retainer that clamps the mains lead outer casing to prevent loading the inner cables snapped off, hence when I stood on the cable one of the spade connectors came off and shorted out blowing the fuse. I reconnected the cable where it appeared to come from and replaced the fuse in the plug, now the freezer works without a problem but there does not appear to be any power to the fridge ie it doesn't work and neither does the interior light. have I connected the mains cable to the wrong connector or am I likely to have blown something else? any help on what to check would be appreciated.
