I have a Hotpoint DF22 dishwasher, and I need to remove the drain pump. I have disconnected the outlet pipe, and I have removed the two screws that hold the upper part of the pump to the to the sump body. However, it still seems to be held on fairly securely. Is the pump inlet a tight push fit on the sump, that can be released with careful tugging, or are there other fixing screws underneath? I don't want to tip the machine over if I don't have to.
