I need two motor start capacitors for my Kenwood Chef?

Model A703C Kenwood Chef - I need the two motor start capacitors - capacitance values were unreadable - Current draw is 1.75amps at 240volts. Capacitors to handle this current draw would be suitable.

.1 uf and .15uf usually burnt or distorted triac may be at fault as well

The cap. values are 0.047uF, 250V and 0.15uF, 250V.

Can I ask how you know it is the capacitors at fault? As I have a faulty Kenwood chef, but don't know what the fault is.
