creda tumbler dryer leaves black marks on clothes?

Creda tumble dryer leaves black marks on clothes. I think clothes areigetting caught in rim of circular opening because rubber strip lining the opening came away. Can the rubber strip be replaced? Any ideas how to fix this problem?
