sukida crosser 125 keeps dying at speed?

any constant speed over 40mph for more than half a mile and the bike starts to lose power, then cuts out completely. and wont then start again for a few minutes. any ideas? carb has been removed and cleaned and is all in good condition, air filter changed, new cdi, oil and filter changed, new spark plug and lead

might be wrong but think the valve clearances tighten up on these chinese engines, otherwise loosen off the petrol tank cap when the bike starts slowing and see if revs pick up, cud b airlock.
